NAMGUNG SKINCARE is committed to providing a high standard of skincare service and customer care.
Skincare Treatments
Because skincare treatments are personalized services, eligibility for refunds on completed treatments will be reviewed based on the circumstances, any applicable purchase terms, and applicable consumer protection laws.
Individual skincare results vary, and a particular cosmetic outcome cannot be guaranteed.

Appointment Cancellations
Clients should contact NAMGUNG SKINCARE as early as possible to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Any cancellation fees, deposit requirements, or nonrefundable booking terms will be disclosed before a reservation is confirmed.

Prepaid Treatment Packages
Unused prepaid treatments, package cancellations, and refund requests are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable California law.
Clients may contact our office for a review of any remaining prepaid balance or package issue.

Skincare Products
For questions concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsatisfactory products, please contact our office with proof of purchase.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are reviewed according to applicable law and the product return conditions communicated at purchase.

Gift Cards
Purchased gift cards are subject to California law. Generally, gift cards covered by California's gift certificate statute cannot carry expiration dates or prohibited service fees.
As of April 1, 2026, qualifying gift cards with a remaining cash value of less than $15 must be redeemable for cash under California law, subject to statutory exceptions.

Refund Requests
Please contact us with your name, purchase information, service or product description, and the reason for your request.
We will review the request and communicate the available resolution.
